Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after being placed.
Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Avero is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
While we will do our best to assist with any shipping issues, Avero is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
