If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility For Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products showing excessive wear, misuse, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include clear photos of the issue and your order number so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Shipping Costs
